Privacy Policy

Effective August 16, 2026

Jellicomb LLC (“Jellicomb,” “we,” “us”) builds apps for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. This policy explains what information our apps and this website may collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we may collect

How we use it

To operate and improve our apps, fix problems, understand which features matter, handle purchases and support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not serve third-party ads.

We do not sell your personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to the limited service providers described below, or where the law requires it.

Third-party services

Some of our apps rely on outside services to function — for example Apple’s App Store and iCloud, and, where an app requires them, providers for crash reporting, error tracking, or hosting. Any such provider is bound to use the information only to deliver its service to us. Where a specific app uses a third-party service that processes your data, that app’s App Store listing and in-app privacy information will name it, and this section will be updated to list it here.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Data stored on your device or in your iCloud account is removed when you delete the app or its data. To ask what we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it, email support@jellicomb.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. We honor these requests regardless of your location. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@jellicomb.com and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in our care, and we minimize what we hold in the first place. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted before they take effect where practical.
